TYPES OF VISITS THAT QUALIFY FOR TELEMEDICINE:*
- Medication Refills – includes controlled medications, but patient must be seen in person every other visit (or as deemed appropriate by provider on case-by-case basis)
- Acute Illnesses – includes illnesses such as: allergies, bladder infection, upper respiratory or sinus infection, throat infection, flu, stomach virus, pink eye, minor burns, back pain, sprains/strains, skin conditions
- Psychiatric Conditions – includes depression, anxiety, ADHD
- Medicare Annual Wellness Visit
- Follow up of Chronic Medical Conditions – when deemed appropriate by provider
- Review of Labs or Imaging Results

Telemedicine involves the practice of a primary care physician monitoring your health without having to come to the doctor’s office.
- Schedule a virtual appointment by calling the office 864-580-7010 or messaging us through the patient portal.
- Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email or text with a link to initiate your Telemedicine appointment.
- Telemedicine visits are conducted through your camera-enabled computer or camera-enabled smartphone. Instructions will be provided prior to your appointment.
